1. Returns Not Accepted:
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, suitability issues, or general dislike of the product.
2. Eligible Returns/Refunds:
We happily accept return/refund requests only in the following cases:
– The product was damaged during transit.
– The wrong product was delivered.
If eligible, an exchange will be initiated. If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
3. Proof Required (Unboxing Video):
To help us serve you better, we kindly request that all return/refund claims are supported with an unboxing video. This video should clearly show the package being opened from its outermost sealed state.
This step ensures transparency and helps us resolve your request quickly.
Please note that without this video proof, we will not be able to process your request.
4. Process:
If eligible, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order details (Name, Order ID, and Phone number).
• Once we receive your email, our team will get in touch with you to request the unboxing video.
• After reviewing the video and confirming eligibility, we will initiate an exchange or process a full refund (if the exact product is unavailable).
5. Refund Timelines:
Refunds (when approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
